Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff if companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means the promotions agency, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
2. The competition is open from 9am (QLD time) Thursday 6 November 2008 and closes at 3pm (QLD time) Tuesday 23 December 2008.
3. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The prize is valid up to 12 months from Friday 23 December 2008 and consists of:
   1. A family MyFun Annual Pass (consisting of 2 adult and 2 child – 3-13 inclusive) to a Warner Village Theme Parks property (1 only) of the winners choice (Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild Water World). All four (4) passes must be from the same theme park.
   2. $500 worth of Pacific Fair gift vouchers. Please take note on the Pacific Fair gift vouchers as they are valid 12 months from the date on the gift vouchers – any lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers will not be replaced. Please also be advised that Coles, Target, Kmart and Kmart Tyre and Auto do not accept Pacific Fair gift vouchers. Pacific Fair gift vouchers are valid at participating stores only. Check with individual stores for their policies on accepting Pacific Fair gift vouchers and giving back change. The promoter will not compensate the prize winner if the prize is not used within the expiry dates.
5. Any customer that enters the competition, and refers the competition to their friend, they will receive an extra entry for every friend that enters the competition.
6. Entries will not be accepted by mail.
7. Entries are valid for this promotion only.
8. The prize is valued at $1,070
9. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The draw will take place in private at Mesh Evolution Pty Limited; Level 10, 221 Miller Street, North Sydney at 3pm(EDST) on Tuesday 23 December 2008.
11. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
12. The first complete registration drawn will be judged the winner and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
13. Entrants into this competition must be 18 years old or over.
14. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name and address for marketing purposes. The prize winner will be contacted by a Pacific Fair Centre Management representative via email or phone within 48 hours of the prize draw.
15. The winners must collect the prize within 3 months and must show proof of identification that matches the winning entry when collecting the prize.
16. The Competition winner must pick up their prize from the Centre Management office of Pacific Fair, Cnr Hooker Blvd & Sunshine Blvd, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218.
17. In the event of a winner not picking up their prize within the specified time, the prize will be returned to the pool and a new winner will be drawn on 23 February 2008.
18. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing, database and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
19. The promoter shall not be liable for any additional costs that may be associated with the prize, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
